This golden neckband is studded with rubies and garnets.

  • While worn, it grants +4 to Charisma.
  • Splendor: At-will, swift; you are garbed in apparel as opulent as you can imagine.
    • Creating clothes up to the quality of upper-middle class may be done at will. Noble or royal garments are tracked differently; each day, the torc may garb you in clothes that would be worth 10 gp per level. If a 10th-level wearer used the torc to create garments worth 50 gp, she could use it one more time to create garments worth 50 gp, or two times for 25 gp, etc.
    • While wearing garments created by the torc, your original clothing remains stored in the the torc's extradimensional space.
    • The clothes are magically summoned; they can be dismissed by exorcism, and suppressed by antimagic, or even dispelled (using your normal dispel resistance, if any).
    • Apparel created by the magic of the rod remains in existence until dismissed, or until the next sunrise. Any part removed disappears as soon as you let go of it. If the torc itself is removed, all clothing immediately disappears. This is not the correct method of deactivating it; only by deactivating it normally are your original garments returned to you.
